Eventus Legal is seeking a Solicitor or Conveyancer to join a well-established regional law firm with offices based in the Preston and Burnley areas. The firm provide a range of legal services to businesses and individual clients. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to join a successful team with a competitive salary and hybrid working (up to 2 days working from home). The role can be based in Preston or Burnley or could involve working at both offices.
About the Role
As the incoming Solicitor or Conveyancer, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of residential property transactions including sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Carry out title investigations
- Liaise with clients and third parties including agents and lenders
- Draft and review legal documents and contracts
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and compliance processes
About You
If you are a qualified Solicitor or Conveyancer who thrives in a successful and busy team then this opportunity could be the perfect opportunity for you. The firm is seeking a candidate who can demonstrate the following:
- Experience handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions
- Proven ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
