With offices across the North West and hybrid working on offer, this job would suit those commuting from Preston, Chorley, Bolton, Wigan, Liverpool, Wirral, Manchester, Southport and Stockport areas. Role Responsibilities
The incoming Senior Immigration Lawyer will be supporting the firm's clients who need to hire from overseas. You will be handling your own caseload which will involve the following:
- Guiding clients through procedures for sponsoring foreign workers
- Advising clients on their ongoing immigration compliance duties
- Sponsorship licences
- Visa applications
Person Specification
You will be an experienced Immigration Lawyer, at Associate or Senior Associate level with experience handling corporate immigration matters. You will also be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
