Eventus Legal are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join a successful law firm based in Darlington. This is a permanent, full-time role. Benefits include a bonus scheme, long service awards and a rising holiday allowance.
Role Responsibilities
The incoming Employment Solicitor will be responsible for dealing with all employment matters from new enquiries; providing initial advice to employers and employees and conducting employment tribunal claims (for claimants and respondents).
Person Specification
The incoming Employment Solicitor will have excellent knowledge in Employment matters and experience in running their own caseload. Importantly, the candidate will also be able to display:
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise your workload within the required timescales
- Attention to detail
- Excellent PC/keyboard skills
