The Eventus Recruitment Group are seeking a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join a highly reputable and impressive law firm in Lancashire, easily commutable from Preston, Blackburn, Lancaster, Blackpool, Chorley and Leyland. Role Responsibilities
The incoming Corporate Lawyer will be managing an interesting caseload of corporate transactions including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Joint Ventures
- MBOs and MBIs
- Share and asset sales
- Employee ownership schemes
- Profit sharing
- Reorganisations
- Share option schemes
- Private equity investments
- Venture capital
- Corporate governance
You will be working with an impressive client base, both locally and nationally in a range of industries from professional services, hospitality, manufacturing, agriculture and sports law.
Person Specifications
Applications are sought from Corporate Lawyers, ideally with at least 7 years’ experience handling a varied caseload of corporate matters as mentioned above.
