Eventus Legal are seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join the growing Commercial Property team of a pioneering, client-focused law firm with offices across the North West. Role Responsibilities
As Senior Associate, you will play a key role within the Real Estate department, managing a high-quality caseload and working closely with the firm’s Partner and wider legal team. You’ll advise a broad mix of clients, from developers and investors to commercial landlords and occupiers, on matters such as:
- Investment acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial and mixed-use development projects
- Complex lease negotiations
- Real estate finance and structured transactions
- Strategic land and site assembly work
In addition to handling your own caseload, you’ll have the autonomy to grow your client base and contribute to team development by mentoring junior colleagues.
About You
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property and a strong track record of working on complex transactions with minimal supervision. Key qualities include:
- Confidence managing a varied and technical commercial property caseload
- A commercial approach with strong business development acumen
- Natural leadership qualities and a collaborative working style
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent client care
