Role Responsibilities
The successful Senior Associate will join a leading law firm specialising in providing comprehensive legal services to commercial clients across various industries. With a commitment to excellence and a client-centric approach, you will strive to deliver tailored legal solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Your duties within this legal job will include:
- Providing strategic guidance and support to clients on complex property-related concerning commercial properties, landlord and tenant disputes
- Managing transactions from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and contractual obligations
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, documentation, and correspondence related to commercial property matters.
- Complying with quality standards set and with departmental procedures
- Supporting the growth of the department
Person Specification
The incoming Senior Associate will be able to demonstrate experience (8 PQE) practising in commercial property law, preferably within a reputable law firm or legal department, this role offers a prospect for partnership in the near future. You will also be able to demonstrate:
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and achieving favourable outcomes for clients.
