Eventus Legal are seeking a Property Solicitor or Residential Conveyancer to join a highly regarded and well-established regional law firm with offices in Burnley and Preston. The successful Property Solicitor or Residential Conveyancer will be based at the firm’s Burnley office, with occasional travel to the Preston office as required. About the Job
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Solicitor or Residential Conveyancer to handle a broad range of residential property matters in a well-structured team environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new builds
- Investigating and reporting on title
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other third parties
- Ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are met
- Contributing to wider business development activities

About You
To succeed in this Property Solicitor / Residential Conveyancer job, you’ll be an experienced legal professional who thrives in a busy, client-focused team. Ideally, you will have at least 3 years experience managing your own caseload of residential property matters. You’ll also demonstrate:
