Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join a growing law firm in Tameside, Greater Manchester. This is a permanent, full-time job offering a salary of £50,000 to £65,000 depending on experience, working 35 hours per week with a one-hour lunch break. About the Job

As the incoming Senior Residential Property Solicitor, you will become a key figure within the property department, providing technical expertise, supporting colleagues and helping to maintain the high standards of service for which the firm is known. This job offers the opportunity to handle a varied caseload whilst contributing to the continued growth and development of the department within a collaborative and close-knit environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a broad caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion
  • Providing technical guidance and support to fee earners across the department
  • Reviewing complex title issues, restrictive covenants and other technical conveyancing matters
  • Supporting the ongoing development and growth of the residential property offering
  • Maintaining excellent client relationships and delivering a high standard of client care
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and other third parties throughout transactions
  • Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and related property matters
  • Ensuring files are managed in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Contributing to the continued improvement of processes and service delivery standards

You will be an experienced Residential Property Solicitor who enjoys working closely with clients and colleagues whilst maintaining high technical standards.
