About the Job
As the incoming Conveyancer, Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction to completion, working with autonomy but with the support of a friendly and experienced team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Advising clients on both freehold and leasehold property matters
- Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties
- Ensuring all compliance procedures and timelines are met
- Delivering high standards of service in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
