Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancer with experience to join a successful, expanding team based in Barnoldswick. This is a full-time, permanent role. Benefits include a bonus scheme and a generous holiday allowance.
Role Responsibilities
The incoming Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for progressing your own caseload of files, mainly sale and purchase (along with all associated matters).
Person Specification
The incoming Residential Conveyancer will have excellent knowledge in Residential Conveyancing matters and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in running their own caseload of freehold and leasehold property sales and purchases. Importantly, the candidate will also be able to display:
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise your workload within the required timescales
- Good I.T skills
- Experience in running purchase files and carrying out own title checks is essential
