Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join a successful, growing law firm based in Tynemouth. This is a permanent, full-time role. Benefits include a bonus scheme, long service awards and a rising holiday allowance.
Role Responsibilities
The incoming Residential Conveyancer will deal exclusively in running a caseload of residential conveyancing files. Some of the daily duties will include:
- Advising clients (by email, telephone or in face-to-face meetings) on all aspects of the conveyancing process
- Sales and purchase (freehold and leasehold)
- Re-mortgage and transfer of equity
Person Specification
The incoming Residential Conveyancer will have excellent knowledge in Residential Conveyancing matters and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in running their own caseload. Importantly, the candidate will also be able to display:
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise your workload within the required timescales
- Attention to detail
- Excellent PC/keyboard skills
