Eventus Legal are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a team at a long-standing and reputable firm in Leeds. This is a full-time, permanent role. However, the firm will consider applications from part-time candidates. Benefits include hybrid working and holiday allowance increasing with service.
Role responsibilities
The incoming Residential Conveyancer will be joining this expanding team to manage a mixed caseload of Sales, Purchases, Leasehold and Re-mortgages. You will be responsible for conducting casework from initial instructions right through to post completion. It is expected that you will be able to work with minimal supervision whilst making use of IT systems.
Person specification
Applications are welcomed from Conveyancing Fee-Earners, of any level, provided you have experience running your own caseload of Conveyancing matters. Importantly, the Residential Conveyancer will also be able to display:
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills
- High level of file management to join this LEXCEL and CQS accredited firm
- Ability to organise and prioritise your workload within the required timescales
- Excellent PC/keyboard skills
