Eventus Legal are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a successful team, although in a stand-alone role (with support) for an office in North Tyneside. This role is a permanent position and comes with excellent benefits.

Role responsibilities

The incoming Residential Conveyancer will be part of a team of Residential Conveyancing specialists, who all handle their own caseload of varied matters, although will be the sole fee-earner in this office. You will be responsible for progressing your own caseload of files, from instruction to post-completion, across all elements of residential conveyancing. There is very good administration support, however the firm do use a case-management system and you are expected to be IT savvy.

This is an excellent opportunity to make this role your own and control the make up of your own caseload. There will be an expectation to work alongside the marketing team to continue to facilitate the excellent local connections around this office.

Person specification

Applications are sought from experienced Residential Conveyancers, including Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licenced Conveyancers as well as those qualified by experience. The most important element is experience and you must be able to run your own caseload, unsupervised, with a number of years prior experience. Client care skills are paramount, as this team has an excellent reputation.
