Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Property Fee Earner to join a highly regarded Residential Property team based in Stockton-on-Tees. This permanent opportunity is available on either a full-time or part-time basis and offers hybrid working, remote working, flexible working arrangements, excellent progression opportunities and an extensive benefits package. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
This Residential Property Fee Earner job offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload whilst joining one of the largest and most successful property teams in the region. Working from Stockton-on-Tees, you will be supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Managing Buy to Let transactions
- Advising on Right to Buy and Help to Buy matters
- Handling new build property transactions
- Managing remortgages and transfer of equity matters
- Dealing with shared ownership and affordable housing transactions
- Providing excellent client care throughout the conveyancing process
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Supporting business development activities and networking initiatives
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Applications are welcomed from experienced Residential Property Fee Earners, Conveyancers, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives and Solicitors with residential conveyancing experience.
- A minimum of three years' experience within a fee-earning role
- Experience managing a varied residential property caseload
- Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold conveyancing transactions
- Experience using Land Registry and lender portals
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client service
