Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing property team based in Solihull, West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Conveyancer, Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join a supportive firm offering quality work, career progression and a positive team environment. 

This Residential Conveyancer job will see you managing your own varied caseload within a busy and supportive property department. You will play an important part in maintaining excellent client relationships while progressing matters efficiently and contributing positively to the wider team. 

The employer is seeking an organised and proactive Residential Conveyancer who enjoys working within a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering a high standard of client care. 

Key responsibilities include: 

Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post completion 

  • Taking ownership of client relationships and maintaining exceptional levels of client service throughout transactions 
  • Progressing matters proactively to ensure transactions are handled efficiently and within required timescales 
  • Liaising professionally with estate agents, lenders and third parties to coordinate transactions effectively 
  • Supporting colleagues within the wider property department and contributing positively to team success 
  • Handling a range of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity 
  • Maintaining accurate, compliant and organised files throughout the conveyancing process 

Person Specification: 

Applications are welcomed from Conveyancers, Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers or highly experienced non-qualified fee earners with a strong background in conveyancing. 

You should also be able to demonstrate the following: 

  • 2+ years experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently  
  • Strong organisational and file management skills  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities  
  • A professional, approachable and client-focused manner  
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team  
  • A proactive and positive attitude towards work and client service
