About the Job

The incoming Residential Conveyancer will manage a varied caseload of property transactions from instruction to completion. You will be joining an experienced and supportive team, working with a wide variety of clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions

  • Reviewing and preparing contracts, title reports, and associated documentation

  • Liaising with clients, lenders, and estate agents to ensure smooth transaction progress

  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and firm procedures

  • Delivering excellent service in line with Perrin Myddelton’s reputation for client care

About You

This Residential Conveyancing opportunity is ideal for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive who enjoys managing a busy caseload. You will be able to demonstrate:
