Eventus Legal are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earner to join a highly regarded and expanding law firm based in Barnoldswick, Lancashire. This is a permanent, full-time job, offering flexibility over hours and a generous salary of up to £50,000. Role Responsibilities
The successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will manage a full and varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, delivering a high level of client care throughout. Duties will include:
- Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, new build, transfer of equity and leasehold matters
- Supervising and supporting a Conveyancing Assistant including mentoring and performance feedback
Person Specification
This job will suit a committed Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Fee Earner who enjoys autonomy and thrives within a supportive team environment.
- Proven experience managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Excellent organisational ability and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Comfortable using legal IT systems and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement
