Role Responsibilities

The incoming Conveyancer will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. This includes sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters. The successful candidate will provide a high standard of client care and work collaboratively within a supportive and dynamic team.

Person Specification

Applications are sought from experienced Residential Conveyancers, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives or Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years' experience managing their own caseload. You will also:

• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and current regulations.
• Be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be highly organised and efficient with strong attention to detail.
• Have a proactive and client-focused approach.
