Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancer with experience to join a successful, expanding team based in Cramlington, Northumberland. This is a full-time, permanent office-based position, with flexibility over hours. The firm offers a generous salary (depending on experience), along with free parking, a generous holiday allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays and encourages a good work life balance with a manageable caseload.

Role Responsibilities

The incoming Residential Conveyancing specialist will be expected to handle a manageable caseload of around 70-80 files with support, which will encompass all areas of residential conveyancing, including both freehold and leasehold properties, both for sales and purchase transactions as well as re-mortgage and transfer of equity work.

Person Specification

Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors, FCILEX or Licenced Conveyancers that are qualified with excellent knowledge and experience as a fee earner in Residential Conveyancing matters. Those not formally qualified, but experienced are encouraged to apply. Importantly, the successful legal professional will also be able to display:

• Good interpersonal and organisational skills
• Ability to organise and prioritise your workload within the required timescales.
• Good IT skills (they use Ochresoft Intelliworks case-management)
