Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancer with experience to join a successful, expanding team based in Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire. This is a full-time, permanent office-based position. The firm offers a generous salary (depending on experience), along with free designated parking, a generous holiday allowance of 25 days and encourages a good work life balance and opportunity to work in a modern office.

Role Responsibilities

The incoming Residential Conveyancing specialist will be expected to handle own caseload, which will encompass all areas of residential conveyancing, including both freehold and leasehold properties, both for sales and purchase transactions as well as re-mortgage and transfer of equity work.

Person Specification

Applications are sought from Conveyancers that have excellent knowledge with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a fee earner in Residential Conveyancing matters. Importantly, the successful legal professional will also be able to display:

• Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to organise and prioritise your workload within the required timescales.
• Good IT skills.
