Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Residential Conveyancer for a law firm based in Team Valley. This is a permanent position and can be offered on a full or part-time basis with dedicated support. Other benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, hybrid working, free parking, and company wide profit share.
Role Responsibilities
The incoming Conveyancer will be responsible for handling their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters including both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, newbuild, transfer of equity and all other associated matters.
Your caseload will be manageable and capped at 55 files to ensure continuity of client service and a positive working environment.
It is expected that you build and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients whilst also developing your own client base. You will have the support of a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant.
Person Specification
Applications are sought from experienced Residential Conveyancers, ideally those who are qualified Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers, but Fee-Earners with extensive experience in conveyancing who can manage their own caseload will also be considered. You will also:
- Have excellent IT skills including Outlook, Word, use of CMS, and various conveyancing/estate agent portals
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer care attitude
- Have a professional telephone manner
- Be very organised
- Have a willingness to adapt
