Role Responsibilities
The successful Residential Conveyancer will join a busy Conveyancing team, experience in running your own caseload is essential. Other duties include:
- Advising clients (by email, telephone or in face-to-face meetings) on all aspects of the Residential conveyancing process
- Manage a non-volume, mainly local, conveyancing caseload
- Provide excellent customer service
Person Specification
The incoming Residential Conveyancer will have excellent knowledge in Residential Conveyancing matters and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in running their own caseload in residential conveyancing matters. Importantly, the candidate will also be able to display:
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills
