Eventus Legal is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join and lead the team of a well-established regional law firm in Liverpool with an outstanding reputation for client care, quality of work and staff development. This full-time, permanent job role offers the opportunity to join a successful team with an excellent salary of up to £65,000, hybrid working (up to 2 days remote working from home) and 25 days holiday + bank holidays and Christmas closure.

About the Role

As the incoming Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Conveyancer you will take on a key position within the team, managing your own caseload while contributing to the wider success of the department. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and providing guidance to junior members of the residential property
• Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, and remortgages from instruction through to completion
• Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, keeping them fully updated throughout the process.
• Building strong, long-term client relationships and contributing to client retention
• Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other third parties to progress matters smoothly
• Conducting searches and supporting all aspects of the exchange and completion processes
• Ensuring case files are accurately maintained and up to date in line with compliance and quality standards
• Actively participating in business development initiatives and helping to grow the firm’s residential offering
• Staying informed of legal and regulatory developments relevant to residential property practice

About You

If you are a confident and experienced Solicitor or Conveyancer who enjoys delivering a high standard of client care while supporting a growing team, this could be a great next step. The firm is seeking someone who can demonstrate:

• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and support junior team members
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A client-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple matters
• Experience in bridging finance, new builds and transactions involving the Building Safety Act
