Eventus Legal are seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join a highly reputable, multi-service law firm in Cumbria. The office is commutable from Penrith, Kendal, Barnard Castle, Windermere and surrounding areas. This is a permanent, ideally full-time position where you’ll join a friendly and supportive team, managing a varied property caseload. Role Responsibilities
The incoming Property Solicitor will be experienced with dealing with a caseload of property matters that can be either Residential, Commercial, Agricultural or Landlord and Tenant. Along with managing a caseload of matters other responsibilities include:
- Supporting fee earners and solicitors with complex matters such as title defects, rights of way, easements or listed properties
- Supervision of team members
Person Specification
We are seeking an experienced Property Solicitor who can support the team and deal with complex matters. To be considered for this role, you should demonstrate the following qualities:
- Substantial experience handling a varied property caseload, including more complex matters
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- A team-oriented approach, with previous management or supervisory experience being advantageous
