Eventus Legal are seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a busy department within a dedicated multi service law firm in Skegness, Lincolnshire. This full-time, permanent job offers a guideline salary up to £60,000, depending on your experience. In addition, you will benefit from hybrid working with up to two days from home each week following successful completion of a three-month probation, free staff parking and potential progression towards department leadership and director level long term.
Duties and Responsibilities
As Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will strengthen the department's ability to handle complex work and contribute to its continued development. Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing Private Client matters independently, with a particular focus on complex probate work.
- Handle a varied caseload with autonomy including wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration and inheritance tax
- Contributing to the overall development of a busy private client department with demand for additional work
- Providing oversight and support to junior fee earners and paralegals within the team
About You
This Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive opportunity is suited to a senior private client specialist who wants greater responsibility, including someone working towards a future leadership appointment. Applications are welcomed from candidates who can demonstrate the following:
