Eventus Legal are seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive NQ to 5 years PQE to join a long-established law firm in Loughborough, Leicestershire. This is a full time, permanent job offering a salary of £38,000 to £45,000 dependent on experience, hybrid working with up to two days per week working remotely from home, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays and excellent support from paralegals and legal assistants. The successful Private Client Solicitor will join a cohesive and collaborative team with a strong regional reputation and genuine opportunities for progression. 

Role Responsibilities 

Working closely with the wider private client team in Loughborough, Leicestershire you will manage a varied caseload and provide clear, practical advice to individuals and families. Key responsibilities will include: 

• Managing a full caseload of private client matters from instruction through to completion 

• Handling probate and estate administration matters, including high-value estates 

• Advising on and drafting wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney 

• Advising clients on trusts and related private client matters 

• Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of client care 

• Working collaboratively with colleagues and making effective use of paralegal and legal assistant support 

• Managing files accurately and efficiently in line with professional and regulatory requirements 

Person Specification 

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors from NQ to five years' PQE in Loughborough, Leicestershire and the surrounding areas, as well as experienced Legal Executives who have experience managing their own private client caseload. You should also be able to demonstrate the following: 

• Qualified Solicitor NQ to five years PQE 

• Experience across a broad range of private client matters 

• The ability to manage a varied caseload with appropriate autonomy 

• Experience of probate and estate administration, including exposure to high-value estates 

• Knowledge of wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and trusts 

• Strong organisation, communication and client care skills 

• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team 

• Commitment to continued professional development and progression
