Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters from instruction through to completion
- Providing expert advice on wills, probate, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney
- Advising clients on trust creation and wider succession planning matters
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts
- Contributing to business development initiatives and networking activities
- Supporting the continued growth and profile of the private client department
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent client experience

About You
You will be an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive who enjoys developing long-term client relationships and delivering a high standard of legal advice. You should also be able to demonstrate the following:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of five years' post-qualification experience in private client law
- Strong technical expertise across wills, probate, trusts and estate planning matters
- Ability to manage a varied workload independently while meeting deadlines
- Proactive approach to business development and relationship building
- Confidence using legal technology and case management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards of work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional approach with a sound understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
- Positive and collaborative attitude with a genuine commitment to client care
- Full UK driving licence
