About the Job Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Senior Associate Solicitor to join a thriving private client department with an established client base and strong reputation in the market. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a broad caseload of private client matters including wills, estate administration, trusts and lasting powers of attorney

- Providing clear and practical legal advice tailored to individual client circumstances
- Ensuring compliance with professional regulations, firm procedures and industry best practice

You will be an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking law firm. You should also be able to demonstrate the following:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least five years' post-qualification experience in private client law
- Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts and lasting powers of attorney
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently and prioritise competing deadlines
- Proactive approach to client relationship management and business development activities
- Confidence using case management systems and legal technology
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues
- Professional approach with a sound understanding of regulatory and compliance obligations
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team culture
- Full UK driving licence
