Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join a thriving team at a top-tier Legal 500 firm in Liverpool. About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a prestigious Private Client team whose client base includes high-net-worth individuals, agricultural landowners, business owners, and trustees. The incoming Private Client Solicitor will manage a stimulating and varied caseload, including matters with technical complexity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising clients on complex Wills, inheritance tax planning, and succession planning
  • Drafting and managing discretionary trusts and other trust arrangements
  • Handling high-value and complex estates including business and rural assets
  • Delivering estate planning advice to business owners and agricultural clients
  • Liaising with financial advisors, land agents, accountants, and tax specialists
  • Supporting the firm’s reputation for technical excellence and client care

 

About You

This opportunity would suit a Private Client Solicitor with experience in high-value and complex matters. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years' PQE and experience advising high-net-worth clients and business owners. The firm is open to a wide range of experience levels above this threshold, provided you have the technical skill set and client care required.

You will also be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong understanding of trusts, estate planning and inheritance tax matters
  • The ability to manage a complex and sensitive caseload independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach
  • A collaborative and professional attitude suited to a close-knit team
  • STEP qualification is desirable but not essential
