Eventus Legal are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join a reputable law firm in Tameside, Greater Manchester. This firm has a great reputation with its clients and the wider business community. This is a permanent, full-time position with an excellent benefits package including a generous holiday allowance which rises with service, a healthcare plan, enhanced sick pay and discretionary bonuses to name a few.
Role Responsibilities
The incoming Solicitor will be joining a very committed Private Client team and will be managing a caseload of matters including:
- Preparing wills
- Tax planning
- Preparing LPAs
- Trust work
- Planning for care home fees
Person specification
Applications are sought from Solicitors, ideally NQ – 2 years' PQE, or experienced Paralegals who can manage the matters mentioned above and demonstrate the following:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Organised
- Keen attention to detail
- Professional and friendly
- Strong IT skills
- Team player
