Eventus Legal are seeking a Solicitor to join the Private Client department of a Legal 500 law firm. My client is a very well-established award-winning law firm with several offices across the North West. This is a full-time, permanent job based in the Blackburn area with hybrid working available. Role Responsibilities
The incoming Solicitor will be joining the leading Private Client team of this multi-service law firm. You will be a key member of the department, with the responsibility of supervising and mentoring the junior team.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of Private Client matters including:
- Wills
- Trusts
- LPAs
- Estate and tax planning
- Probate including complex probate administration
- HNW matters
Person specification
Applications are sought from Solicitors who manage a caseload similar to that mentioned above, ideally with a minimum of 7 years’ PQE.
Along with outstanding technical abilities, you will also be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
