Eventus Legal are seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the Private Client team of a highly regarded law firm based on the Fylde Coast, Blackpool. This is a permanent, hybrid role offering a varied caseload of Private Client matters, a competitive salary, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, life insurance, and employee discounts within the firm.
Role responsibilities
The successful Solicitor or Legal Executive will provide an effective and efficient service to the firm’s clients, working as part of a collaborative and highly experienced team. You will handle a range of Private Client matters, including:
- Handling probate matters and estate administration
- Drafting wills
- Advising on tax planning
- Advising on LPAs
This role requires a minimum of three days per week in the office, fostering collaboration and team support.
Person specification
Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Private Client law. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- A proven track record of managing Private Client matters independently
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- A friendly, sensitive, and professional approach to client interactions
- Confidence and the ability to handle client enquiries articulately
- A proactive attitude towards business generation and reputation building within the community
