Eventus Legal is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally with 2+ years’ PQE to join a highly reputable and well-established law firm in Liverpool, based in their office on the outskirts of the city. This permanent, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a vibrant team in a busy private client department. Role Responsibilities
As the incoming Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a diverse private client caseload
- Handling client communications, including calls, enquiries, and updates
- Liaising with probate registry, courts, HMLR, HMRC, experts, and agencies
- Meeting clients both in-person and remotely
- Administering estates
- Proactively developing new work and nurturing existing business contacts
- Collaborating with the marketing team to produce blog content related to private client work
About You
If you're a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive who is passionate about delivering exception legal services please get in touch as this could be the ideal opportunity for you. The firm is seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive who can demonstrate the following:
- Ideally at least 2 years’ PQE in dealing with HNW Clients, Probate, Wills, Trusts, Estate/Tax Planning, and Services for the Elderly
- Excellent work ethic and self-starter mentality
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads
- Confidence in dealing with people
- Flexibility to accommodate client and team needs
- Great time management and decision-making skills
- Experience with Case Management Systems
- Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets
Ideally you will be able to drive and have access to a car in order to carry out client visits.
