Eventus Legal are seeking a Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive to join a successful law firm based in Skegness. This is a permanent, full-time role. Benefits include a generous holiday allowance, continuous training, and development. Hybrid working is also available with 2 days remote working per week.

Role Responsibilities 

The incoming Private Solicitor / Legal Executive will become a valued member of the team and will handle a varied caseload.

You will have the opportunity to work on cases involving wills, probate, powers of attorney, court of protection and trusts/wealth management.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Run your own caseload and assist colleagues as and when required.
• Advise on legal issues.
• Be able to work with minimum supervision when required.
• Assisting with training and supervision of junior team members.

Person Specification  

The incoming Private Client Solicitor will have experience in dealing with Private Client matters.  Importantly, the candidate will also be able to display: 

• Good interpersonal and organisational skills.  
• Ability to organise and prioritise your workload within the required timescales. 
• Proactive, work under pressure and possess high level of attention to detail. 
• Excellent PC/keyboard skills.
• Team Player.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Understanding of the need to deal with clients matters sensitively and confidentially.
• Meaningful exposure to probate work.
