About the Role
This Private Client Lawyer job offers the opportunity to join a growing and well-established Private Client team at a respected law firm. The employer is recruiting multiple Private Client Lawyers at varying PQE levels, meaning this job is suitable for newly qualified solicitors through to more experienced Private Client Lawyers. The Private Client Lawyer will manage their own caseload while contributing to the continued growth of the department.
Key responsibilities within this Private Client Lawyer job include:
- Advising on Wills, Trusts and Probate matters
- Drafting and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Providing estate planning and later life planning advice
- Managing client relationships and developing a personal client base
- Undertaking marketing and business development activities for the department and firm
