Job Responsibilities
In this Paraplanner job, the incoming applicant will provide high-quality technical support to Financial Advisers and help deliver outstanding client service. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting advisers with detailed research and analysis for private and corporate clients.
- Carrying out pension and investment portfolio analysis, including drawdown assessments and policy reviews.
- Preparing concise and compliant suitability reports and letters.
- Producing product research and designing financial solutions aligned with client objectives and risk.
- Ensuring adviser information is accurate, complete, and compliant with FCA regulations.
- Assisting with all elements of client file preparation including compliance documentation and supporting paperwork.
- Providing technical guidance to the administration team.
- Contributing to internal project work as required by the Paraplanning Manager or Directors.
- Maintaining technical knowledge through ongoing study, workshops, and publications.
- Providing occasional telephone cover for the Client Relations team.
Person Specification
