About the Job
This Insolvency and Restructuring Paralegal job will see you playing a key role in supporting the delivery of commercial legal services to clients. You will help ensure regulatory compliance, contribute to client service excellence, and support internal projects. - Manage administration on the SOS case management system
- Prepare court hearing and mediation bundles
- Drafting correspondence and court documents
- Undertaking legal research and preparing updates for the website
- Attending court, mediations, and meetings whilst producing detailed notes
- Ensure file compliance with regulatory standards
- Handle billing processes
- Liaise with Finance
- Manage phone calls and client communications
- Organise multi‑party meetings
- Contribute to operational reviews and improvement initiatives
About You
This is an excellent opportunity, ideal for a motivated Paralegal with previous experience and exposure to insolvency, corporate transactions, litigation or debt recovery. You’ll be an organised and motivated individual who is looking to thrive in a successful, award-winning law firm.
