About the Role
As Paralegal, you will provide comprehensive support to the rural business, real estate and commercial property team, assisting with a broad range of conveyancing and property matters for clients in the farming and rural sector.
- Supporting fee earners with land registry applications, requisitions and first registrations
- Assisting with the preparation of SDLT documents, completion statements and bills
- Managing case administration throughout the life of a transaction
- Liaising with clients, lenders and third parties to progress matters efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records on the firm's case management system
About You
To be considered for this Paralegal job, you will have good knowledge and experience of property law, gained in a residential conveyancing, real estate or commercial property support role. Experience of rural or agricultural work is not required, although a genuine interest in this sector would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge and experience of property law
- Proficiency in land registry procedures
- Familiarity with case management systems
- Prior experience in residential conveyancing, real estate or commercial property work
- Strong written communication skills
- An interest in the rural and farming sectors would be an advantage, though this is not essential
