Eventus Legal are working with a well-established law firm on the Wirral who are seeking a Conveyancing Onboarding Assistant / Welcome Team Associate to join their growing Residential Conveyancing department on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous conveyancing, legal administration or client onboarding experience to join a friendly and supportive team where you will play a key role in guiding clients through the initial stages of the conveyancing process. This Conveyancing Onboarding Assistant job on the Wirral offers a varied and client-focused working day, acting as the first point of contact for new clients whilst supporting the wider Conveyancing team. Job Responsibilities
As a Conveyancing Onboarding Assistant, you will support the onboarding of new conveyancing clients. You will work closely with clients, brokers, third parties and fee earners to ensure matters are opened efficiently and compliantly.
Responsibilities include:
• Handling inbound calls from clients, brokers and third parties
• Explaining the conveyancing process and answering procedural enquiries
• Providing quotations for conveyancing services
• Issuing client care documentation and terms and conditions
• Conducting client identification and AML verification checks
• Opening new files and maintaining accurate records
• Allocating matters to appropriate fee earners
• Responding to client enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Supporting the onboarding process from initial enquiry through to file opening
• Ensuring compliance procedures are followed accurately and efficiently
• Building positive relationships with clients and external stakeholders
Person Specification
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
• Experience supporting conveyancing or property-related matters
• Knowledge of client onboarding, AML and compliance procedures
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confidence liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and third parties
• Competent IT skills and experience using case management systems
