Associate – Family Law

Location: Buckinghamshire / Thames Valley (Hybrid Working)

Eventus Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded regional law firm to recruit an Associate Family Solicitor into its growing and ambitious Family team.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy matters, including high-value and complex assets
• Private children matters
• Cohabitation disputes
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Wealth protection and relationship agreements

Working alongside experienced specialists, you will have the opportunity to advise on sophisticated matters while continuing to develop your technical expertise and business development skills.

About You

Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors who:

• Have experience handling privately funded family matters
• Enjoy building long-term client relationships
• Are commercially minded with excellent communication skills
• Can work independently whilst contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Are keen to progress their career within a growing and respected practice

Experience with high-net-worth clients would be advantageous but is not essential.
