Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join a top-tier Legal 500 firm in Liverpool. This is a full-time, permanent job offering an excellent salary between £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience. Located in the heart of Liverpool, this job presents a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified Solicitor with strong paralegal experience or a Solicitor with up to 2 years’ PQE in dispute resolution. This Litigation Solicitor job offers exposure to a broad range of work including lender litigation, insolvency and debt recovery matters, and is due to continued team growth.

 

About the Role

This Litigation Solicitor job is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their dispute resolution career within a supportive and commercially focused environment. The successful applicant will handle a wide range of contentious matters on behalf of a varied client base.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a caseload of litigation matters including general commercial disputes
  • Acting for lenders in recovery matters
  • Advising clients on insolvency-related litigation
  • Supporting senior fee earners on complex disputes
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements and correspondence
  • Attending court hearings and client meetings
  • Contributing to business development and the team’s ongoing success

 

About You

This is an ideal opportunity for a Solicitor with up to 2 years’ PQE. The firm will consider newly qualified Solicitors with strong previous Paralegal experience in dispute resolution.
