This is a full-time, permanent job offering an excellent salary between £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience. About the Role
This Litigation Solicitor job is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their dispute resolution career within a supportive and commercially focused environment. The successful applicant will handle a wide range of contentious matters on behalf of a varied client base.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of litigation matters including general commercial disputes
- Acting for lenders in recovery matters
- Advising clients on insolvency-related litigation
- Supporting senior fee earners on complex disputes
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements and correspondence
- Attending court hearings and client meetings
- Contributing to business development and the team’s ongoing success
About You
This is an ideal opportunity for a Solicitor with up to 2 years’ PQE. The firm will consider newly qualified Solicitors with strong previous Paralegal experience in dispute resolution.
