Eventus Legal are seeking a Legal Secretary to join the Residential Conveyancing team of a well-established, multi-service award winning law firm in Kent. This is a full time, permanent position in offices centrally located close to transport links. Benefits include a generous holiday allowance, reduced rate legal fees and a bonus scheme to name a few.
Role Responsibilities
The incoming Legal Secretary will have excellent knowledge in Residential Conveyancing matters and ideally some experience with file-handling yourself. Importantly, the candidate will also be able to display:
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise your workload within the required timescales
- Good I.T skills
Person Specification
The incoming Legal Secretary will be a motivated team player with the ability to work independently and always provide excellent levels of customer service. The candidate will also be able to:
- Show a keen eye for detail
- Prioritise deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Prior experience as a Legal Secretary within residential Conveyancing is essential
