Eventus Recruitment are seeking a full-time permanent IFA Client Review Administrator to join a highly reputable financial planning business based in Manchester City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a financial services professional to develop a long-term career, with significant scope for progression into wider back-office functions. The role is office-based, with the potential for hybrid working (including remote working) in the future. You will benefit from a salary of £25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience), 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), excellent company pension, life assurance, critical illness and income protection benefits, and support for financial services qualifications. Working hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Role Responsibilities
The successful IFA Client Review Administrator will support advisers by preparing review packs, managing client data, and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations. Daily duties will include:
- Obtaining valuations, performance data, and charges disclosures to produce and issue annual review packs to clients.
- Issuing Investment Risk Questionnaires (IRQs) and Fact Finds, and updating internal systems with client responses.
- Notifying advisers of any changes and following up with clients via email, post, or phone.
- Uploading and managing client data from received or generated work.
- Liaising with employers for updated staff data and creating annual review packs for Group Pension Plan members.
- Coordinating adviser meetings and ensuring invoicing and database updates.
- Drafting simplified Annual Review Suitability Assessment Letters using templates and client meeting notes.
- Conducting Anti-Money Laundering checks via Smartsearch.
- Answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, and managing reception/meeting room presentation.
- Managing incoming/outgoing mail and issuing Client Agreements via post or DocuSign.
- Calculating client fees.
- Developing skills over time to undertake fund switches, withdrawals, and other work supporting the advisory team.

The incoming IFA Client Review Administrator will possess the following skills, experience, and attributes:

- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the financial planning profession.
Benefits and Rewards
The successful IFA Client Review Administrator will be rewarded with:
- Salary of £25,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience).
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (3 days to be taken between Christmas and New Year). Additionally, standard holiday entitlement to be increased from 2026.

- Death in Service – 3x basic salary (after 3 months).
