A well-established Manchester City Centre financial planning firm is looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a supportive, high-performing team.
This is a permanent, full-time role with flexible start and finish times, hybrid working (two days office, three from home), and a prestigious city centre base.

The role
You'll support a team of Financial Advisers within a busy financial planning practice — managing client correspondence, preparing review documents, maintaining CRM records, and handling complex cases in line with FCA requirements. You'll also update cashflow models, produce investment performance reports, and contribute to process improvements across the team.

- Previous experience in a financial planning or IFA environment
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator — professional, discreet, and client-focused
- High IT proficiency with the ability to learn new systems
- Self-motivated with a proactive working style
