Job Responsibilities
This IFA Administrator job plays a key part in supporting Financial Advisers and ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of a busy Financial Planning business. The incoming IFA Administrator will deliver high-quality administrative support to clients and advisers while maintaining excellent client service standards at all times.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers and the Practice Manager
- Managing correspondence with clients, internal teams and external providers via phone, email and written communication
- Preparing client review documentation and presentation materials for client meetings
- Maintaining accurate client records across internal systems, including CRM platforms
- Completing detailed data entry and ensuring data integrity across all systems
- Updating cashflow models, investment performance reviews and producing supporting reports
- Assisting with the preparation of discussion documents and financial models
- Handling complex cases in a compliant and responsible manner
- Ensuring all applications meet internal procedures and external legislative requirements
- Supporting process improvements and contributing to efficient team operations
