Eventus Recruitment are seeking a full-time, permanent Financial Planning / IFA Administrator to join a thriving Financial Planning business based in St Helens, Merseyside. This is a full-time, office-based role offering a competitive salary of £27,000 – £28,000. Working hours are 9am – 5pm, and you will benefit from 23 days holiday (rising to 28), your birthday off, free parking, study support, excellent progression opportunities and company pension. Role Responsibilities
This is a superb opportunity to join a well-established Financial Planning firm with a strong reputation in the marketplace. As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support to the firm’s Paraplanners, IFAs and Financial Planners. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Delivering a consistently high-quality client experience

Preparing client meeting packs and documentation
-
Supporting and completing Letters of Authority (LOA) processes
-
Submitting, loading, and chasing new business to completion
-
Maintaining accurate data input across internal systems
-
Handling incoming and outgoing calls to clients, providers, and contractors
-
Producing and sending client correspondence
-
Managing workflow and Info Inbox tasks
-
Supporting the upkeep of professional office standards and ad-hoc premises tasks
-
Liaising with providers and relevant third parties
-
Following up on all client requirements to ensure full resolution
-
Adhering to FCA and Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 regulations
-
Updating business logs using internal CRM systems
-
Managing general incoming enquiries

The successful Financial Planning / IFA Administrator will bring previous experience in a similar Financial Planning Administration role and demonstrate the following:
