The Eventus Recruitment Group are seeking a Head of Conveyancing to lead a successful law firm in County Durham. This is a full-time, permanent position. Benefits include flexible working and an excellent working environment.
Role Responsibilities
The successful Head of Conveyancing will be responsible for leading the Conveyancing team with support, experience in running your own caseload is essential. Other duties include:
- Advising clients (by email, telephone or in face-to-face meetings) on all aspects of the Residential and Commercial conveyancing process
- Manage a non-volume, mainly local, conveyancing caseload
- Provide excellent customer service
Person Specification
The incoming Head of Conveyancing will have excellent knowledge in Residential Conveyancing matters and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in running their own caseload and in commercial (not essential). Importantly, the candidate will also be able to display:
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Management experience is desirable, but not essential. This is an excellent opportunity to take your first step into team management!
