This is a full-time, permanent Financial and working hours are Monday to Friday, in an office-based environment initially, moving to hybrid working after circa 2–3 months. Job Responsibilities
This Financial Services Trust Administrator job plays a key part in supporting clients who have received compensation following life-changing injuries, ensuring their financial arrangements are structured correctly and sensitively. The incoming Financial Services Trust Administrator will work closely with internal teams and external professionals to deliver a high standard of service at all times.
- Supporting the setup and ongoing administration of Personal Injury Trusts to protect compensation awards
- Explaining financial and administrative processes clearly and compassionately to clients
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, solicitors and professional contacts
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with compliance requirements
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with care and precision
- Identifying opportunities where additional Financial Planning services may benefit clients
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Financial Planning business
- Adhering to internal policies, procedures and regulatory standards at all times
Person Specification

- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English
- Previous experience within financial services, banking or financial planning (trust administration experience desirable but is by no means essential)

- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
