- Logging incoming enquiries from phone, email, and web forms into the CRM system, Intelliflo Office.
- Ensuring all data is entered accurately, categorised correctly, and kept consistent across records.
- Liaising with internal teams to route enquiries effectively.
- Informing third parties and heads of departments when data has been logged.
- Supporting the reporting and analysis of enquiry trends.
- Reviewing and cleansing data to ensure accurate reporting.
