Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an ongoing flow of high-quality, pre-qualified warm leads.

  • Build long-term client relationships through holistic financial advice.

  • Create tailored financial plans aligned with client goals and life-stage needs.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver strategy-led financial planning solutions.

  • Stay up to date with regulatory changes and wider market developments.

  • Achieve performance objectives and contribute to overall business growth.

  • Provide advice across investment planning, retirement strategy, estate planning and tax-efficient structures.

Requirements

  • Highly experienced Holistic Financial Planner or Financial Adviser.

  • Proven track record nurturing and progressing the case pipeline through to completions.

  • Proven experience working with high-net-worth clients.

  • Motivated, proactive and commercially minded, with strong closing skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to provide tailored advice and manage complex client circumstances.

  • Relevant financial planning qualifications and FCA authorisation.
