Job Responsibilities

The Financial Planner will be responsible for providing holistic financial advice and nurturing client relationships. The incoming Financial Planner / Financial Adviser will be supported with referrals and will have access to a client bank, while also being encouraged to develop new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Servicing and developing an existing client bank, with additional referrals for growth.

  • Building strong, long-term client relationships with a lifestyle financial planning approach.

  • Delivering personalised financial plans tailored to each client’s objectives.

  • Providing cash flow planning and holistic advice across pensions, investments, protection and tax planning.

  • Staying up to date with regulatory and industry developments.

  • Meeting agreed performance metrics and delivering high-quality service standards.

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to identify wider planning opportunities.

Person Specification
